Welcome to our clinic
Dr. Sowmya Parasuraman, or Dr. Paras as patients refer to her, brings a track record of excellence in dental care since 2002. After earning her Dental Degree with Honors from Dr. MGR Medical University, India, Dr. Paras practiced at one of the most advanced dental centres in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the Middle East overing all facets of dental care including Cosmetic and Family Dentistry, Root Canal Therapy, Orthodontics, Dental Surgeries and Dentistry for kids. Since moving to Canada in 2008 with her young family, Dr. Paras has made British Columbia her home.
Dr. Paras has been blessed to receive several prestigious dental awards through her career and looks to bring that level of personal care, ethics, experience and excellence to her patients. In her free time, Dr. Paras enjoys music, dance and working with kids. A mission close to Dr. Paras’ heart is travelling with her dentist husband and four kids to undertake volunteer mission trips in underprivileged areas of the world.
