Office Policies

Living Water Dentistry is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Please review our office policies to ensure a positive experience.

Missed And Cancellation of Appointments

We value your time and strive to provide convenient dental care. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring personalized attention and service. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Missed or short-notice cancellations will incur a minimum fee of $75.00. This fee is not covered by insurance or government-funded dental providers. Please note that missed appointments with specialists, frequent short-notice cancellations, or repeated missed appointments may result in a higher fee, and reception cannot waive this charge.

Insurance Policy

At Living Water Dentistry, your peace of mind is our priority, and we are committed to providing transparent and efficient payment processes throughout your dental care journey. To streamline your experience, we will handle the insurance process for you. Simply provide your insurance information during your first appointment, and we will file a claim with your insurance company on your behalf. While we will provide an estimate of your insurance coverage, it’s important to note that coverage can vary among plans. Therefore, we cannot guarantee full coverage as estimated. We offer direct settlement with insurance plans, minimizing your financial responsibility. You will only be required to pay the portion of the total fee not covered by your insurance. Any copayments or deductibles that are not covered by your insurance will be your responsibility. For detailed information regarding your dental plan’s specific coverage for a particular treatment, we encourage you to check with your insurance provider first and should you have any further questions, you may contact our office. Also please note, should there be any changes to your insurance plan or provider, it is the responsibility of the client to inform the dental office of any such changes before treatment is rendered.

Abusive Language

We maintain a safe and respectful environment for both our staff and patients. To safeguard this commitment, we have implemented a comprehensive policy with a zero-tolerance approach towards any form of language that may be deemed abusive, harassing, hateful, or intended to cause discomfort to others. We firmly believe that each individual deserves to be treated with dignity and compassion, free from any verbal mistreatment. Hence, we emphasize that the use of abusive language will not be tolerated within the premises of our clinic. It undermines the principles of trust, respect, and empathy that we hold. Thus, we shall not hesitate to enforce this policy diligently and rigorously, ensuring a positive and nurturing atmosphere prevails within our clinic.
