We trust you and your families have been keeping safe through these unique times. Thank you for your
patience and understanding even as we here at Living Water Dentistry has been working hard to get the
office ready to serve you. Our priority has always been the safety of our patients and staff.
Based on direction from the British Columbia Dental Association and College of Dental Surgeons,
BC to operate our clinic, we have made the clinic patient- ready with the following guidances
for your attention:
Please contact us in advance of your visit to book your appointments.
Between 24- 48 hours of your appointment, you will be required to answer some
screening questions related to COVID-19 You will be asked the same questions
the day of your appointment.
At your scheduled appointment time, please phone our office from outside the office,
or from your vehicle. We will call you in when it is safe to enter to maintain social
distancing between patients coming out and going into the office.
Please wear a mask when entering the office.
We have arranged seating in the waiting room to ensure adequate distancing.
Once inside, our goal is to be able to take you to the treatment room as soon as possible.
You will need to minimize your wait time in the office if you are accompanying a patient.
We will make exceptions for one parent with a young child.
Once you enter the office you will be asked to sanitize your hands.
The receptionist will be behind a plexiglass to get your prepared.
We have enhanced PPE procedures and protocols including surgical gowns over our scrubs,
face shields, clinic only shoes, masks and gloves.
We have spaced appointments between patients to allow for adequate cleaning and
disinfection of treatment rooms and equipment.
Our staff will have daily temperature and symptom checks to ensure safety.
